Likely you will want a very small tip do deal with those very small drivers.  You could likely "get away" with almost any one with changeable tips, but better ones are, well, better... Subscribed and waiting with eager anticipation and an eventual desire to reshell/fix my old UM2s.   Luck to you!

Just got mine - too soon for impressions, but I can add one silly little point.  When eating with these on, big bites break the seal on the cups (bass dropouts) while my jaw flexes.  Super temporary, and nothing like the annoyance of potato chips with IEMs, but just an observation.   OK, back...

Depending on what they are made of, simple hot glue will seal them but (if you don't fill the hole with it) should come off.  Use low temp stuff, as it sticks less well.  You could also look into the equivalent of Instamorph, or even Sugru, though the latter two may be more difficult to remove...
