Using with my computer and win amp. 320kbps mp3

Hi all,   Just got my Yulong D100 Mk2 from Tam Audio... they ship fast! :)   I read that it only does 96khz on USB or 192khz on toslink - does that mean I'm better off to use toslink between the two?   Thanks.

Thanks for the input everyone. I am pretty sure the receiver can handle the headphones (it's an older pioneer elite) but if I'm just playing games I don't find quality matters that much. I've decided to sell my good stuff with mixed emotions heh.

Thanks for the responses... I didn't think it would make a difference except if the sound card does something to the signal before sending it but I guess I could set it to bit-matched.   The 5.1 will only really be for games and I don't think my receiver likes HDMI so I may just do the digi...

I'm going to be hooking my receiver up to my computer soon and I was wondering which connection would be better for 5.1? Should I use digital coaxial from Sound Blaster or HDMI from the video card?   Thanks!
