IEM with most forward midrange?
Quote: Etymotic MC3 or MC5 have a forward and *very* clear midrange. Decent highs too, but lighter on the low end than most other IEMs. They are both available for under a hundred bucks. Also, all Shure IEMs will have a forward midrange. It's their "house sound".- gtp

Messenger Bag.... Fi!
Don't think I saw Filson mentioned in this thread...I have a brown #257. Expensive, yes, but it's built-to-last and looks better with age.- gtp

Cheapest replacement GRADO ear pads?
Radio Shack has pads that sound great and are cheap. Thinner than stock comfies, so they sound a bit more muted than bowls, but a bit more lively than comfies.- gtp

E2C Upgrade.....
I'm very happy with my Sennheiser IE-8. You should add them to your list. They don't isolate like the others you list, but more than any other IEM I've heard, the IE8 sound like full size headphones (very good full size headphones!).- gtp

Klipsch Gel on Shure SE530
I used Klipsch tips with my SE530 when I had them. The tips were super-comfortable and easy in/out. The seal was not quite as good as olives, but still good enough.- gtp

Picked up the Shure SE-115 today...

Picked up the Shure SE-115 today...
Got these today, and I have to say they are quite good for the money. Not the fastest, not the most clear, but good overall. Good soundstage. Great build quality and great isolation. For anyone with $100 to blow on IEMs, I highly recommend checking these out. These are a departure from...- gtp
