ff3 and the yin crow are still within my range. I definitely dont want TOO much sparkle as I can get fairly fatigued. those both sound like good options. hows the comfort on the yincrow?- Grayven

I listen to a wide variety of genres and play lots of games and I am looking for something with a good range of use cases but in general I prefer some bass with...- Grayven

I have had my idsd bl for a couple years, and my iematch button has fallen off. is there a way I can get a replacement button? its a pain to to use that function now and I use it quite a bit switching between headphones and iems (Andromeda).- Grayven

Are we going to talk about these new Beyer/Massdrop 177x?
the more i use the 17xx the more i like them. they are a great all around headphone. if i had to keep 1 i would keep these. that being said i do love my teaks, just not as versatile and build quality isnt as good.- Grayven

Are we going to talk about these new Beyer/Massdrop 177x?
i have them both, but i have different pads on both as well so.....i have the teaks with the zmf eikon pads and the sound leakage is pretty minimal. on the 17xxs i have the Brainwavz angled pads and those have 0 leakage and great isolation.- Grayven

the treble was too hot for me originally as well. i tried the filters and didnt notice much of a difference. i went through all of the tips i had (the tips that came with the iem didnt work well for me) and finally found some that improved isolation and tamed the treble just enough...- Grayven

E-MU Wooden Series Headphones
i went back and forth for awhile, but if anything, i think the Eikon pads smoothed out the highs a bit and give you a bigger soundstage. they still have great bass slam and sub-bass and surprising clarity.- Grayven

E-MU Wooden Series Headphones
yeah i had to change out the pads on these. i couldnt really use them with the stock pads, they were pretty much on-ears. it took me awhile to find pads that didnt really mess up the FR , but i ended up using the attenuation rings and the ZMF Eikon protein pads. much better comfort and the sound...- Grayven
