Thanks a lot Bill, I did some google search, Rega does ground their turntable internally, there is another fact that I found, when I adjust the volume nob on my integrated amp, the hum changes, its all random, sometimes the hum is severe, sometimes mild, its all depends how I adjust the...- graphic

excuse my dumb question, how do I ground it? Do I need to ground it between phono preamp and turntable? seems like my turntable doesnt have any place to ground and it doesnt come with grounding wire also- graphic

i dont even listen on high volumes, i was saying that the symptom looks like if you were listening a cheap can in high volumes Imma send my can to audio technica for a diagnose, see whats goin on- graphic

also, I'm guessing that rubber ring might not be a big of deal cuz when you screw the headphone back together its gonna be tight the problem could be on the yellow fiberglass foam, its so light and delicate, a tiny malfunction could create vibrate just guessing .....- graphic

where is the plastic component? I see black metal ring on wood cup and dark brown metal frame showing on the photo, for the yellow foam, I still use it but I think it was compressed/collided with force, i emailed a guy who might sell w1000x parts, still waiting..- graphic
