Been using my JH-5s for the past 5 days and i always find it effortless to bring it into the sweet spot! Thanks guys for suggesting that I do a refit, it's now insanely comfy! 

I received the customs yesterday and after them for a whole day, they simply just disappear into my ears now. The refit came out right! It's interesting to note that the edge of the sound tubes are now a lot smoother than they were initially. 

I've finally received my tracking number! I hope the refit turned out fine!

If you press down on the button of the mic and the sound turns out alright, you probably have an inverted connection with your livewire jack. Sounds like your cable has a jack of the OMTP TRRS standard, used by older android phones and various dumbphones.   If the sound does turn out alright...

Okay, I called up my friend and after some discussion, he said he had his IEMs refit a couple of times with new impressions each time and had an adjustment in bore length, but in the end, it still didn't fit him.
