I recommend headamp pico amp/DAC. Drives my HD650 and HD800 well

I use Headamp pico amp/DAC for my macbook pro. Very portable and matches MBP well. I only listen to 16bit/44.1kHz source though.

I like the sounds of 650s. I think 650 is not dark and veiled but warm and engaging IMHO. Also 650 is much more comfortable then K702.

I think the strength of IEM is its noise isolation capability. In terms of sound quality IEM cannot compete with full-size headphone

I mostly use ER4 when traveling (i.e. on an airplane, when I really need noise isolation). Otherwise full-size headphone is better in terms of sound quality and comfort
