"Giant Killer"  That is all I have with these AMP-DAC combo. I'd buy then for saving money and getting better sound quality.

STAX-009 and ATH-W2002 no doubt. I am not a big fan of HD800, T1 and LCD's series. These two headphones are my cup of tea.  

Sennheiser HD 598, HD 25, Sony MDR-1R can work just fine without using any amps and DA-Converters. Personally I more prefer to Sony MDR-1R based on its looking. The sound quality is fine too if connecting to Iphone or Ipod Classic.

This is just awesome isn't it?

Well, I considered the ATH-M50 is the best go-out-headphone (same as Sennheiser HD-25), however I never use them. It is just some kind of common sense (Joke).

I am just wondering if any differences between AH-D7000 and normal D7000. Anyone could tell me about this? I want to buy a D7000, so any suggestion for amp that pair with D7000 is good too. Thank you

Hd598 is fine tho. And if u don't care of spending up to thousand bucks to buy amp and DA converter. Q701 or k701 is awesome.
