I don't see why its Parrots who is taking all the flak here. He's clearly in the right. I'd be pissed as well if I was sold a cable that was (sold as being) pure silver when it fact it was 87% Nothing libellous there its a fact Lee/TWAG sold cables that weren't as stated whilst maybe not there...

Anything happening with this, surely after a month there should be a definitive answer? I really liked the look of whiplash's gear and was considering ordering an Imod but after reading this thread and the two above about customer service in general I'm less inclined

Agreed. The build quality of Fiio's amps are for want of a better word, crap , always amazes me when I see good reviews of there amps

why spend so much money on headphones then buy a cheap amp?   the E7 is ok for the money, but, that's it - a cheap amp - look on the forums at better options; Headstage Arrow, IBasso D4/6/10/12, Pico Slim, Predator, Stepdance etc etc

I'm a bit confused is the JH-3A an IEM/Portable that takes AA batteries 

Headstage Arrow, a proper amp with a small form factor   E7, T3/4, Corda, XXS are not portable, unless you call portable carrying a bag around with you

Robert time  sorry, just re read the email and it's the stick that's being redesigned, from the email;   The DAC stick and DAC cable are not available now. For your laptop I would suggest the stick but I am just re-designing it (to make it smaller). The cable will be available shortly again.
