Sounds like you're more into the Grado sound than the dt880. Maybe sell the 880's and invest in a higher end Grado (225, 325 perhaps)?

I definitely recommend the 325i's given your opinion of the HD580. Having a Grado and a Sennheiser in the stable is a great idea (rockin' the same idea, myself, along with a Beyerdynamics DT880 for primary music reproduction duties )

All three of their albums are great, but I think they really go somewhere with the first three or four tracks off their latest album, "Frames." Unfortunately, I don't think they have any US distribution for 'Frames' so it's pretty expensive to import here. Worth every penny, imo, however.

I've not heard milliontown, but this "Experiments In Mass Appeal" is simply fantastic. Not a bad song on it. Really fresh sounding to me, in a time when a lot of rock-based music sounds tired and old.
