I've had them for a year and it's still under warranty. It's almost impossible for a hole to appear in that awkward position, I mean it's a freaking big hole!

Mids sound a bit conjested while base presence seemed to subside. Overall it sounds super bad, not the mention the build quality. Let's hope UM would make the appropriate decision on how to handle this matter.
