Hi I contacted the developer of the awesome TapaTalk iPhone forum browsing app wondering why your forums show different options in the app when trying to use your forums - he responded that you probably need to update the TapaTalk addon on your forums to work with the latest version. Really...

My new ones came from Phonak UK yesterday and so far are perfect but I'll be checking them everytime I get them out now

My email to Phonak got passed to Phonak UK and the very helpful Martin Smith (Product Manager) emailed me asking me to send them for his attention. Sent them yesterday and missing them already!

Quite surprised I've not heard from Phonak yet since emailing them my photos...

Got mine early February and having read this thread last night I inspected mine to find the same issue on the LEFT earpiece. I've sent an email off to Phonak, I have good confidence in them from what I read on here. Pics of mine:
