Does anyone in this thread know where I can get a replacement driver for the right earcup. I have bad driver rattle kind of out of nowhere. I harassed my kids to see if they accidentally drop this set but they swear they didn't.

It was on Audbile's end or rather it was a problem with the downloaded. I deleted it off my phone and re-downloaded the book with a better connection and it's fine now.

I'm noticing a sibilance when using Audible that I don't hear when listening to music. Has anyone else noticed this and is there a fix?

I tried it in both configurations and I love the Everest configuration. I think it narrows the sound stage slightly but increases the detail - enough that it's worth the slight loss in sound stage. Both configurations are whisper quiet.

I read online somewhere that all usb c to usb c cables were otg but that's not true. I was trying my usb c to usb c cable that came with the phone and that was not working. I then used an otg adapter that I got from Audioquest for the Dragonfly and worked beautifully.

I just tried Youtube to no avail. I turned the Playmate on and off again and the number by the PCM on the display changed. I thought it was going to give me sound but it didn't.

what volume should the playmate be at if I'm connecting a different amp to it? I know earlier in this thread someone said that a certain volume needed to be set to achieve the correct amount of initial power being supplied. I can't seem to find that discussion.

I had the exact same thing happen. Burson is sending a replacement pcb to see if that fixes the issue. No idea what caused it.

The way I think of the difference between classic and vivid is that vivids have a wider soundstage and are more energetic sounding. The classics make the soundstage feel closer more intimate and the detail is slightly better. I like having a combo of the two types.
