The S6 is not balanced. No use connecting it with your S7 pro viaRCA or XLR(balanced) interlinks. So i do recommand using RCA hence it was build for RCA connection. I do love my S6 pro. But wished for a real balanced dac... I would have not bought it if i knew.

Anyone noticed on there aune s6 pro there is no volume change between SE and XLR out for the headphone. To me, that is very weird when xlr 4 pin has a lot more power out than the SE quarter inch @AuneAudio any explanation for this?
