    V-Moda LP2 Review

Hey guys, sorry I've been lurking for quite a long time. Life hit me hard, but the summer is here!   I've updated the end of the original post with my current impressions of the LP2, seeing as I've owned them for roughly 6 months.

    AiAiAi TMA-1 Studio

No idea. I wish there was more to the post, but it's all I found. They honestly look like someone used a magnify tool on the earcups and left everything else the same.   edit: oops, i thought i saw another thread about them, but couldn't find it. sorry.

    AiAiAi TMA-1 Studio

I just stumbled across this while browsing the internet. I think they look quite nice, perhaps even enough to accompany my LP2. Thoughts?   http://aiaiai.dk/blog/the-tma-1-studio-sneak-preview

    Headphone Nicknames?

The kevlars would work for multiple cans, like my LP2. My friends at work call them the shiny orchestra (I've got silver plates on them). They swear that they're the best cans they've ever heard... and that's coming from one of the guys that owns a pair of beats.

    beats studio vs aiaiai tma's

Quote: If overly bassy songs are what you go for, then yes, they are better. I could tell you that the tma-1 is better than the beats, or vice versa. In all honesty, there is no definitive way to determine what is 'better'. It's all in your ears. If you think the Beats are better, then...

    V-Moda LP2 Review

Quote: I won't debate your cans because I've never heard nor seen them. However, the LP2 gets the job done for me. sturdy enough to handle the abuse of portable life, lightweight, pretty good isolation, doesn't make me look ridiculous, sounds good and has the ability to be portable.

    V-Moda LP2 Review

Looks good up there. I've gotta say, I like the look of the LP2's cup finish more than the weirdly shiny m80. That, and the m80's are seriously small.

    V-Moda LP2 Review

Quote: Told you that you were doomed ;). Glad to hear that you're enjoying them. They really are amazing full sized headphones (although I use mine as portables). Looking forward to that review.

    V-Moda LP2 Review

Quote: Glad to hear that. I'll agree that the cans are not too bass heavy. They definitely have more bass than what I was used to before I got the LP2, but even then I didn't find it overwhelming or oddly bass heavy. I was the same way with my LP2's; I liked them right out the box, but...

    My new Grado's don't work?

I'm not quite sure whats happening there, but to me it sounds like your labtop/ipod can't drive them. Which is odd since I don't think Grado cans need a bunch of power to be driven.

    V-Moda LP2 Review

Well I'm back after a long week of exams... and I've still got two more weeks of this semester. Anyway, I decided to clear my mind and try something different. I usually don't venture into the unknown so blatantly, but I enjoyed this one.   I poked around on youtube for something super bass...
