don't know with LG V60 but i still have LG V20 with me, there is no comparation here, at least for me. E02 is great too, take it.

forget the A01 module if u get get E02, but for me i find my self often used the E01 module more then E02.

ibasso house sound is too dry for me, less engaging. while i haven't try any of shanling but if i'm in your shoe i will take n6ii anytime especially they come with two modules. they are still a great player at least for me.

to my ears it have a very mild difference between them in sounds terms, it may different to others ears tho.

my last dap before n6ii is ibasso dx120 that run linux based manggo O.S and with Android based dap they usually consume twice as much power but nothiny to worry they still have decent run time, except if u use E02 module or E01 with A class amp. just prompt the airplane mode and connect to wifi...
