It's not available in my part of the world at present (Asia), but I'll probably purchase it once it's available here, which I don't suppose to be anytime soon.

If Avantone Planar is really what the early birds claimed it to be, why are there so few reviews online? It seems the marketing team isn't doing any publicity, and interest in the headphones remains very muted... I need a new pair of headphones but no one seems to be adding to these reviews.

I'm also interested in more impressions and a comparison with Hifiman Sundara, which is its closest competitor in value, I believe.

Could someone compare this with the Beyerdynamics DT 1990s? For example, in terms of detail retrieval? I would like a detailed headphones but I don't need anything as detailed as the other TOTLs. Something along the Beyerdynamics T90s or DT 1990s will be good enough.
