    I'm actually thinking of getting some Fidelio X2's or a varient thereof. How would you rate their durability? Particularly the support arms. I tend to destroy those as I have an over-sized head.

    Thanks for the input. I see now that the Fostex are in fact quite hard to drive. I don't know why I was under the impression that they are non-amp friendly.

    Budget - ~$150 Use - Music/Gaming/Movies My plight - I would love nothing more than to own a decent pair of headphones. However I've never owned a pair of sub $100 headphones that could endure more than 4months on my giant gorilla head. The support arms always break even though I baby them...
