One thing I'd like to see on these DAPs with 2 microSD slots is the capability to show merged source navigation. I'd love to browse info from 2 sources on the same scroll like it was one big drive!!- CardosoPMV

I think it all fits inside the DX50 silicone case (as shown in a previous post), apart from the lumpy back look.- CardosoPMV

I'm pretty happy with the stability and features of the 1.2.7 release. I hope that, from now on, our discussion is mainly about amps, storage sizes, sound quality and wallpapers.- CardosoPMV

Are you sure about that? When you installed FW1.2.6, did it create an "album_img" folder with images in the MicroSD card? I'm sure mine didn't. Well, enjoy the update anyway.- CardosoPMV

The "audio.db" started in 1.2.6 as you said, but I'm referring to the "album_img" folder which is now created in the MicroSD card. I'm 100% sure this starts in 1.2.7. Up until now it was only created in the internal memory.- CardosoPMV

I've noticed that on the 1.2.7FW the ".album_img" folder (and content) is created in a redundant way if you use a microSD card. Something like this: Internal Memory: - .album_img>images MicroSD> -.audio_data>audio.db -.audio_data>album_img>images- CardosoPMV

I can't comment on those technicalities, but reading some information about this product, it seems to announce smartphone compatibility. http://news.cision.com/integral-memory-plc/r/integral-introduces-the-usb-3-0-portable-solid-state-drive,c9372294 So, if it could work on a smartphone...- CardosoPMV

True, but has anyone tried SSD in the USB OTG context? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Integral-512GB-Solid-State-Drive/dp/B00BHUNTHI/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1386062036&sr=8-3&keywords=external+ssd+integral#productDetails They require much less power. I'm pretty sure that they won't be too...- CardosoPMV
