Ok, I also found the GR07 MK2 CLASSIC for 125 dollars including shipping which translates to about 90 euros. That would be a bargain for me. Are they just as good as the original MK2's?- Capt Snow

I was referring to the different iterations in the MK2 model. This is a case for the GR07 (MK1 if you will) Then there's still the two different versions of the MK2: And this one: I'm guessing the smaller box version of the MK2 comes with the black tips...- Capt Snow

I looked this one up but reading about bad contacts and bad durability overall, this one is off-putting for me. I think I need to decide between the IE80/IE8 from Senn or still go for the GR07 and live with the non-detachable cable. I did read the GR07 handles metal especially well so...- Capt Snow
