I appreciate the help Bixby!   I've actually decided to get a new setup and purchased an Audio-gd NFB-10SE which will meet all of my requirements.  Now I just need to sell my PS Audio DLIII 

What was your experience with the M200MKII? I think the T200b's are a little out of my price range (even with the current sale) but the M200MKIII's are on sale for the same price as the Airmotiv4's.  Living in Canada I don't get a chance to audition either of these so I'm basing myself on...

Same question as above... I'm also considering the Emotiva Airmotiv4's.  Anybody heard both sets of speakers to compare?

Thank you steve2151.  I think I've made up my mind to order the Audio-gd.  Now it's on to selling my existing equipment    Where did you purchase the Swan speakers?  I hadn't heard of them until you mentioned them.

Hoping someone can help me out with this...   My current setup is a PS Audio DLIII connected by optical to my PC (through a dedicated soundcard).  The PS Audio currently outputs to a Virtue Audio T-amp which I have powering my HE-5LE's (through a balanced (4-pin) to speaker cable adapter)...

Thanks for the reply.  That's disappointing to hear, although I'm not too surprised.  Do other DACs allow multiple outputs?  I can't reason why this wouldn't work out, since the DAC isn't outputting any power...   When you did have both outputs running, did neither work or did one work over...

Nobody has any idea?   I checked the manual for the DAC and it states that it can output to both but it "isn't recommended".  I've emailed PS Audio directly for an explanation but haven't heard back as of yet.     Any one have a similar setup?

Alright, so will playing my ripped cds through iTunes using my USB DAC give me optimal sound? Or should I use other software (Foobar)? I just don't know what other software would do to improve the sound quality.

I was just wondering what was required to get 24 bit sound from my pc to a usb dac. Which software or codecs do I need to install so that plugging my dac by the usb port allows my to listen to bit perfect audio at 44.1khz. Thanks for the help, and feel free to direct me to another thread if...
