Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread
The synergy combos in the link below are the best. Alternatively, you can go for BTR3K for wonderful performance both wired and wireless - there is a 4$ coupon in the first post. Comparison of DACs/Amps- BenF

The most obvious sale is 11.11, but that's 3.5 months away. Periodically there are smaller sale events, but not all sellers participate with significant discounts. Currently, there is Canon at 320$ from a store with decent ratings - may not be worth waiting for 11.11...- BenF

Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread
Glad you like them! While Lusya Fever DAC is not bad for its price, Sabaj DA2 is an exact replica of SMSL Idea, and costs only 50$. BTR3K at 66$ (with the coupon in the first post) is the best option to upgrade your sound chain, as it doesn't only sound great with Pro 82 wired, but it also adds...- BenF

Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread
You are welcome! What kind of music do you listen to? If it's a lot of bass-heavy stuff (e.g. hip-hop), you will probably enjoy GM200 more. For other genres - Pro 82 v2. As for the games - GM200 will make explosions sound better, but Pro 82 v2 is more transparent, which will allow you to hear...- BenF

I believe it was 199$ at one point (BF?). I think I'll wait for that price again. Best case scenario - I'll save 50$. Worst case scenario - I'll save 250$- BenF

I do not recommend 2.5 mm-RCA cables, they can be dangerous. I meant that you can use balanced headphone cables with R3 Pro Saber, and the SQ will be better.- BenF

The 3.5mm output is pretty bad, the 2.5mm balanced is much better. R3 Pro Saber also sounds better in USB DAC mode than as a player - is that how you used it, or just as a source+DAC for the amplifier?- BenF

Canon is the a good place to retire :relaxed: Just like Pro 82/GM200 cured me from buying other headphones, Canon seems to stop my IEM buying spree so far.- BenF

Very interested to hear which tunings you'll like most. IMHO, the 111 tuning is the least coherent and accurate timbre-wise from the tunings I've tried, so you may end up liking Canon even more than you already do :L3000:- BenF
