Strange Total BitHead problem
Hey all: I'm having a really weird problem with my Total Bithead, and was hoping maybe you folks could help me out. I'm using the BitHead with a MacBook Pro, which has 2 USB ports. I noticed the other day that when I'm using the right-hand side USB port, the sound is bad. There is static...- BeeEss

Bithead vs. Amp only for Macbook Pro listening
Thanks for the reply, lumanogin. The reviews of the Total Bithead seem quite positive, and I suppose as a bonus it could double as a DAC for my work PC on days where I don't have my MBP or iPod handy. Does anybody know how the amp section of the Total Bithead would compare to the Creek OBH-11...- BeeEss

Bithead vs. Amp only for Macbook Pro listening
Hey all, it has been a while since I have posted, but I am in a conundrum and was hoping you fine folks could help me out. Essentially, I have two sources for my portable rig - a MacBook Pro and an iPod 5.5G (80GB). Both contain a mixture of Apple Lossless and high-bitrate lossy files. In...- BeeEss

ID3 Tag Editors
Can anyone recommend a good (preferably free) ID3 tag editor? I am wanting to copy some 'misc' mp3s to my Zen but want to edit all of the tags before I copy them instead of during the copy with Notmad (plus, while I'm bored in class I can edit ID3 tags ) I remember seeing a thread about this...- BeeEss

More Zen questions
Just wondering if anybody uses the Nomad Zen wired remote. I was wondering what kind of functionality it provided; I'm sure volume and track forward/back, but what else? Can you browse through the playlists, etc with it? Does it have a power button? Also, how do you get the player to stop...- BeeEss

KSC-35 pads
So I have managed to shred up the foam pads on my KSC-35's. Anybody know where I can get some that fit, or if there is some pair of really cheap headphones that have pads that will fit? Thanks! --b- BeeEss

Shure E2c's...JUST got em!
Hey guys - Can anyone give me an idea as to the build quality of the E2? I had a set of ER6 for a brief while and one of the main reasons I got rid of them was that I was afraid I was going to break them - the cord was awfully thin and I couldn't tell how well it was attached to the canalphone...- BeeEss

Questions about Zen and Karma
...well, the Zen and Karma MP3 players, that is. I need a way to carry around a bunch of music, say at least couple hundred CDs. The situation is that I only spend about 2 nights/week at home, the others being at my SO's, friend's, parents, etc, and keeping my entire CD collection in the car...- BeeEss

Best Rootbeer
Hooray! Tuberoller mentioned Virgil's!! Virgil's Root Beer is incredible - all of you owe it to yourselves to grab a bottle or two and give it a try. It is all natural - I usually find it at health food stores or some grocery stores that have a large selection of organic foods/health foods. I've...- BeeEss

linksys router buzzing...
jessica00: Mine does the same thing. On one hand I'm glad to know it's not a problem with my specific router, but it IS very annoying. I will say that mine is very quiet about it and I cannot hear it unless the computer is off (dang that CPU cooler) and the a/c or heat is not running. But...- BeeEss
