    Cascade Headphone by Campfire Audio

Yes i must be a troll because I asked to see measurements and my name is actually a word play on the famous classical composer 'Beethoven.' fyi 'Beethoven' is pronounced like my name, not 'bee-tho-ven'. Thought it would be obvious for people on this forum.

    Cascade Headphone by Campfire Audio

I never said they were bad, how can I make a complete judgement without seeing all the official measurements. I like bass myself and the boost seems like it's under 200hz so would be a rather clean bass boost. I'm just interested in seeing the official frequency response. If you don't believe...

If you're so confident they are rubbish measurements and that your headphone sounds good,Why dont you post the official measurements you took using industry standard rigs.

    Why the Beats Hate?

People can adapt to anything, not just 'decent' but also absolute crap. Thats why its important to find an objective basis for what humans actually prefer, e.g. Harman curve or Diffuse field curve. If I were to slowly introduce faeces particles into your food without you knowing, you'd never...

    Why the Beats Hate?

Yep most of the beats demo are broken by all the kids and teenage hooligans. I agree they are very pricey and wouldn't buy them unless they were 1/2 price or got a cheap used one. But then again, idk if there's any better headphone for basshead/bass lovers at that price or below. The only other...

    Why the Beats Hate?

It's not a love for beats. No one should fan about any brand nam or anyhing for that matter. Btw I'm not a fan of beats, just recognising the solo 3 and EP sound good. Every company produces a few gems and they deserve to be recognised without unecessary irrational hate merely because of a brand...

Exactly. And the good thing is they perform even better when wired, and frequency response stays the same. This is not the case with many Bluetooth headphones such as Bose headphones which sound crap when wired and unpowered.

No there are a few headphones and earphones that are better. Just saying price doesn't equate to performance. Also on ears lack the soundstage of over ears.

    Why the Beats Hate?

My name is a play on the composer Beethoven. You think that anyone who disagrees with some overly expensive audio gear with sub par performance is a troll? So youre equating price with performance, price means nothing in this world full of hype and dubious marketing.

Btw sennheiser high end earphones are pretty bad. Some very very odd tuning. I've yet to see a good sounding high end iem. Only cheap ones such as sony mh1 or chifi ones such as Moondrop iems are doing sound some justice.

Nope, not an opinion. Look up something called the Harman curve and also look into how it was developed.

I also enjoy my on ear headphones due to the light weight and thus comfort, I have a rather weak neck. But sound wise they cannot surpass good over ears.

    Why the Beats Hate?

You simply cannot get the same soundstage with iem as an on ear. And you can't get same soundstage with an on ear compared to over ear. This all has to do with sound interacting with the outer ear. Soundstage also has everything with being bigger sounding. Imaging has to do with accurate...
