Shure SRH840 don't have any bass, can anyone help?
For closed-back headphones, I'd recommend the ATH-M50x, of course they come out later this month. But they have detachable cables and improved earpads, which'll most likely improve audio quality. 4 questions. 1. Will they be closed-back or open-back headphones? 2. Are these for JUST listening purposes? 3. Are you going to go outside with them? 4. Over-Ear, In-Ear or On-Ear?- awedolocks

I made a thread in which I was trying to find headphones for portable use for listening to metal. Now I need studio headphones for under $150 for studio use that would sound good with metal genres. Any suggestions?- awedolocks

Sennheiser 215 II or 449?
You should try looking into the Sennheiser HD 419's, it's about $40 right now on Amazon. The Sennheiser 449 is more towards clarity. Not sure about the 215 II's though.- awedolocks

Headphones under $130 that sound good for Metal?
Recently I had bought a pair of on-ear headphones for $40 (don't know the name) and they had broken, luckily I sold some of the salvaged parts for about $100. I'm now looking for some headphones that sound good with music genres like Death Metal under $130. Here's what I'm looking for...- awedolocks
