    I like how Z7 perform excellent with good ol Ibasso DX90. Maybe because both PHA-3 and DX90 have ESS 9018K DACs? Somehow Z7 sounds better in high gain and high volume..

    I had ER4p and I own FX850 as well. ER4P sounds very clear and have very good isolation. FX850 sounds very fun like Denon D7000, think it as a V sound. Bass is awesome. isolation is not too good. ER4P looks like $5 iem, while FX850 looks like $2-300..very classy looking and well made. ER4P...

    I own z7 and also waiting for the MD Purpleheart as well. I believe z7 and Purpleheart will have two different sound characteristics. My old denon d7000 had different sound characteristic than my current z7.

    Good that you like your HD650. I had HD650 few years back and never liked the sound at all.. "boring" sound I call it.. I used to fell asleep while listening. Grado in other hand was way too "Bright" and "Fatiguing". Could not listen more than 10 minutes...
