Highs are brighter on the RY4S and bass is stronger in Vido

TY Hi-Z 32 might have brighter treble than EMX500. I'd go with Vido and RY4S.

Thanks for the review! Would be nice to have a comparison with Qian39, as they share the same shells.

What would you recommend as next step? I like clear, holographic sound, smooth highs. Not much importance on bass impact, it just needs to reach deep. Also, love large soundstage.

I feel this can apply to most MX500 style earbuds. That's also why I stopped buying earbuds with that shell. Just got PK2S yesterday and it is truly different from anything else I own at the moment. My collection until now: Qian25, 39, TY-Z 32, TY-Z 314P, Vido, PK2S, SHE3800, RY4S, RY04, Monk+...

Just received **** PK2S. First impression after 5 seconds of listening: these things have a TRANSPARENT sound. Very holographic. And I am happy :)

For the link just search the last 2-3 pages of this thread. Qian25 sounds better than Qian39.

I'd be curious to read a comparison between Qian25 and Vido. Qian25 is currently my favorite budget earbud.
