The BAX Pro could very well work. If tuned properly, that's an interesting combo.- ASpencer

TRN is going for something very ambitious. The BA15 wasn't universally well regarded, but perhaps this roll of the dice will win big.- ASpencer

Nice, succinct review. The stock cable is much better than the usual ones we get. I never cared for the metal tins TRN used to include with their IEMS as a case, so I think they're upgrading cables in lieu of including those now. You're correct about the audio profile reaching full potential...- ASpencer

Comply Foam Tips
I've tried various alternatives to Comply with some success, but these rule the roast. High quality, inexpensive with a generous amount of tips, enough to last a year, and a great storage case. It's a UK company, so their English is also very, very good. Sonicfoam -

TRN should get kudos for improvements in the realm of affordable audio. I wanted some wired IEMs to use with a new phone and purchased the TRN TA2 for a mere pittance and found them more than satisfactory across the spectrum.- ASpencer

I’m curious whether any of you experience specific pairings that form a perfect match, particularly with IEMs that may not resonate with other sources. I use two different TRNs with respective DAPS and they punch above their weight on those, but don’t perform nearly as well elsewhere, even on...- ASpencer

I believe TRN BAX remains their highest priced IEM, but it's still affordable compared to others of its kind. I give TRN credit for being inventive and prolific. I still enjoy my ST5 on the go.- ASpencer

I found these comparable to the Shure 535 at a fraction of the cost. With TRN, my evaluation is always based on me hearing the money I'm saving.- ASpencer
