I ONLY use a smartphone charger to charge mine, it's never charged from the computer.  Think yours is faulty.

A quick question, while mostly happy with my P1 I get glitches in the sound about 50% of the time while changing volume.  Is this a known bug and does the new firmware do anything to address it?  Thanks.

Just in case anyone is interested.  Advanced MP3 players currently has the P1 reduced from £740 to £640.  I also was able to use the code AMAZON15% at checkout and have just bought a P1 for £544.  A pretty good price :-)   My ZX1 will be on the bay tomorrow.

Does anyone know of any frequency response charts of the 846 with no filters inserted at all.  Was just curious what this would do.

Well I received my ZX1 about a week ago to very mixed feelings.  The player itself is beautiful, the menu system is easy and works without a hitch, and the added storage space over my X1060 is hugely appreciated.  I can now store flac instead of converting everything to AAC.  Thats the good...
