Right! peel the metal badges on both sides. Tip: I use a plastic pick (the ones for playing guitar/bass) to avoid scratches as they're glued. Then you'll find a small screw, unscrew it and you'll find the drivers conections and a bigger screw (the one that holds the cups to the headband)...
