Just unpacked my DC06. Sounds as good as a dongle connected to a phone of pad can be. Can't emphasize enough that it's the only piece available that comes with a Lightning cable and has a balanced 4.4 jack. So, I can get the hi-res level sound from my iPhone or iPad.

The hub (see link above) has analog output only, intended for that purpose. Seems a little pricy to me. It seems to me, all you would need is a USB C --> RCA converter, which are readily available.

I, too, went with the gold Sony -- and love it. Curiously, there is now a U.S. source for the QPM: Todd The Vinyl Junkie. $1,995.00. Still strikes me as too much money for what it offers.

Their website is now saying it will launch QPM at AXPONA in April. So go figure.
