Can anyone comment on the isolation capability of these vs. the Eterna or the Etymotics?

Thanks for the explanation. I'll definitely try it out with the Fiio E7.   Any suggestions for a relaxing home-listening headphone, or a really good isolating headphone with nice mids (what do people think of the AKG K181DJ)? I will look at IEMs if I have to, I'm just hoping there's another way.
