    Ibasso D2 Boa . . . new and smaller . . . with updates on 1st page. .

Just got the Boa for replacement of my spoiled viper yesterday....straight from the box without burn in......i know it is better than the viper burned in. The Boa has so much more control...everything in the mid and highs are much distinct and tighter...very good transient....also very black...

    Any recommendations for studio monitors?

I am not sure if i am right, how can the MC15 sound the same with BM5A, first of all i noticed that they have different inputs, if you have a balanced source the BM5A iMO should sound better and i don't see any base port on the MC15, but the BM5A is rear ported. I don't know which will sound...

    Stello HP100 questions

I am pretty set on getting the HP100 since it is the cheapest head/preamp i've seen. But i am still concern with the headphone out, can anyone confirm that i can plug in conventional 1/4" normal jack into it?

    Stello HP100 questions

Hi there, Anyone owns a HP100, mind sharing your thoughts? How is it compared to the GS-1? I am trying to get a headphone/preamp and this seems to fit my price range. But the headphone out is a XLR jack, i don't understand why they use this since it is not a balanced amp. Are there any...

    Any recommendations for studio monitors?

Alright guys i've done my research, for lower price i'll most likely stick to the MR5. But i am now considering between the HR624MkII or Dynaudio BM5A. Both equally priced but the Dynaudio only have single XLR input. Seen good reviews on both, any one lucky enough to tried both before? I also...

    Any recommendations for studio monitors?

Thanks for the information guys, I am planning to get head a headphone and pre-amp amplifier, that would save me much more money. I tried feeding my current speakers from a headphone amp as pre-amp, they sound different as well. My speakers are naturally bright and they sound warmer when hooked...

Has anyone used active monitors with a pre-amp before? Will there be any difference? Also what is the difference between front or rear ported? Thanks

Greatdane, The Adam A7 looks great. I really like to have the Mackie HR624 but it is way out of my budget. I was thinking of getting the MR5. have you auditioned the HRs before? How is it? You think the MR5 will be very far from it?

    Any ss amp recommendation?

Thanks for the info, i've seen that. I guess i'll just have to hang around and wait for more reviews and the woo and littledot first before making any decission. I'll take the DAC-1 Pre or M902 if money is no issue....i guess they are just out of my price range. I don't want a DAC-1 because i...
