i think the er6 tips (any) feel awful after about an hour, so i took out the filters, tips, and rubber cover off. i cut a set of foam earplugs (about 1/3 cut off the ends) and drilled small holes in them. i fit them over the whole er6 assembly and walllah. super comfy and best sound isolation...

what do you like about your xtras? know any secrest or links or anything? mine is frustrating me . i turn the bass +12 and it distorts like crazy, etc...

its the EAX. i have the eax so i can use the eq, but if i turn the 100hz up +6 or more it distorts. @#$@%^T%$DF@!#$$@!~!~~

whoa crazy.. that collapse lung thing sounds scary. the high freq isnt sooo bad in my truck but the bass is pretty nasty. and no headphones i have ever heard can produce that amount of bass that you hear closest maybe etys because they seal with your ear. im thinkin of gettin the JBL 1200w mono...
