The discovery thread!
Was reading on these a bit. I couldn't figure out what the difference between the CKR9 and CKR10, any idea?- 99SiR

Zero Audio - ZH-DX200 Carbo Tenore | ZH-DX210 Carbo Basso (Carbon & Aluminium IEM) thread
Very nice comparison HiFlight! Never even crossed my mind they could behave differently at different listening volumes, but it does make a lot of sense. Good info for people like me who are trying to decide!- 99SiR

REVIEW: Ostry KC06
KC06's seem great for the price but i'm worried about isolation for plane travel on an upcoming overseas trip. Anyone recommend an alternative to the KC06 that isolates a bit better with slightly more emphasis on bass...or will i be more than satisfied? Was thinking Cabro basso or EPH100's?- 99SiR

Quote: Very good comparisons between the 3, thanks. Are you A/B'ing with amp or straight from your source?- 99SiR

Quote: Not bad at all, i have medium sized ears and wearing over the ear this is what they look like. They seem to stay put and on short 2-4km jogs too (i don't use them at the gym though).- 99SiR

Does anyone know if Blackberry's new Z10 supports USB digital audio output?
Has anyone tried the Z10 compared to an iPhone5 through just the headphone jack? I have a choice between both for a work phone and i'm curious how they compare w/amp and dac and then without?- 99SiR

Quote: I typically use a med size tip but went for the larges due to the angle they insert (while wearing over the ear). I found a set of dre beats tips are slightly longer in the flange that the included size L so i can place the 200's in my ears further while still maintaining a good...- 99SiR

With certain *songs the soundstage is so wide that a voice or sound in the song actually causes me to look to the side, haha.- 99SiR

IEM's with huge soundstage and bass?
Good picks, when you get them let us know what you think and how they compare to the IE80's.- 99SiR

JVC HA-FXZ 100/200
Grabbed a friends set of Dre Beats to compare quickly. FXZ200's were slightly easier to drive not to mention the clearer vocals and increase bass quality and quantity. Albeit not exactly a fair comparison, but needing to turn the volume down on the 200's compared to the Beats was surprising.- 99SiR

JVC HA-FXZ 100/200
I'm liking how the Z200's fit over the ear and stay comfortable for hours because they aren't as intrusive. I find i can go up a tip size (to a large) and only have to place them in my ear until they seal. Unlike smaller iem's, like my last set of Denon's, where you have to pull up on your ear...- 99SiR

JVC HA-FXZ 100/200
Do the Z200's respond well plugged directly into an ipod or do they need to be amped? I love the way their sound is being described but due to portability (not wanting to carry an external amp) maybe something easier to power might fit my needs better. Suggestions on something that sounds...- 99SiR

These sound like exactly what i'm looking for, last set of IEM's were stolen while travelling! Only thing i'm worried about is my ipod not being to power the Z200's properly. An amp isn't really an option due to portability, should i be looking at another IEM instead? If so could anyone...- 99SiR
