@dockie7 .. My GF made the shrouds for the HP's
where did you buy those plastic covers for your headphones, thanks for the reply
What is the size of the pads?
Thanks for the valuable info! Cheers
No any issues, the voltage is stable, and I think my DAC plays better - break-in,

Thank you so much for getting back to me! That's great news. I'm thinking of getting one of those (or similar with double output) and fine-tuning the voltage between 12 and 16V would be great as it will give me versatility to use it with a wide range of devices!
How's the reliability BTW? Have you been using it for 2 years? Any issues?
Hi, I think it possible between -2..+2 with potentiometer on the board,
I have never tried, but the chinese maker confirms this
Hello. Can you fine-tune the output voltage with this LPS?
It does look improved and the clamp, more durable.
I will follow up but I am fairly sure that the one on the right was the earlier one. One on the left was a later choice, looking for good quality while maintaining efficient pricing.
wow my oto https://www.xeoto.com.vn/aston-martin/rapide
Previous owner butchered headphones so I repaired them with DIY parts, rubber band plate printed 3D, logo plates AKG reproductionn 3D stickers,...etc
I added sockets to the cups and plugs to the cable as didn't like the fact the existing cable can't be removed. Also replaced rod blocks and gimbals with hand made aluminium versions, originally used chrome plated but then found a site selling plain aluminium which I prefer. I really like the sound of the 325 and am looking for advice on upgrading to one of the higher end sets such as RS1. I'd appreciate any comments from those that have used both.
I like this!
A little better noise isolation would help.
Are these for sale?
Can you make me one of these?
I highly doubt they will be providing any more releases for such old hardware. You're better off checking out their new dacs which already support it.
I hope wadia can release a xmos firmware update and allow 121 to support dsd.
All these are great headphones. I totally understand your desire to go from upper hi-fi towards high end sound. I think one another way to get there is to try some new headphone amplifier. You have there some nice options on table, i would add at least one Class A amplifier or even something with tubes. Maybe that will push these headphones in a new field of experience. I have a similar situation and now trying different amps and even cables
Did you ever sell these?
yeah they definitely look like they would
The only thing holding these beauties back are the stock cable. I have bought new silver cable and omg what a massive change in every area. I bet hardly anyone would sell on if they heard what i can now hear.
The Sextett series. Much better then the following series.
Wow that bamboo is soooooo pretty!
So what do you think of them? Do they sound good?
Those AKG K240's look so rad....
I wouldn't call those so much low budget, but in the world of Hi-Fi i guess they are budget minded choices. But also great sounding choices!
These probably sound just as vintage as they look, wow and they're silver... 0_0
Oh so sexy.... wish I had one!
Lots of people liked them. It was too noisy at the show for me to tell
How do these sound?
Nice Concept photos. Miss the headset though
