I will be holding this in my office. I will need 3-4 folding tables, few extension cords and power strips to be brought by attendees.

I will have my HIFIMAN HE-400 I, Cowon Plenue M2, AK JR and if I am lucky Mr. Speakers Aeon for our listening pleasure. Searching for a portable amp to use with Cowon M2.
I would also appreciate any guidance from veterans of this kind of event.
 
Please tell me if you can bring a foldable table, chairs or power cords and power strip.  
 
I am looking forward to a great day of listening and hope to hear a bunch of new headphones and amps and a course meet some great people with similar interests.

This comes at a rather weird time for me so I don't have a lot of equipment at the moment.
I have the Monoprice Monolith M1060 (version 2) coming Monday (the 1st) and I'm supposed to have the Oppo HA-2SE coming this week (supposed to be delivered yesterday but wasn't). I have the MrSpeakers Aeon and universal JH Audio Lola 2 on pre-order as well.
I just returned my Andromedas and Noble Audio Django. I also recently sold the Sony MDR-1RBT, 64 Audio U4-SE, LZ A4, Dunu Titan 5, Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 (over ear), and Audio Technica ATH-MSR7.

For IEMs, I'm happy to let anyone try them but I will not be bringing all the assorted tips so bring your own preferred tips. The Q-Jays and SE215 have a smaller nozzle size (Comply 100) than the rest. The others will all work with Comply 200s.
