The fit correction guide on the JH Audio website does a good job of helping you nail down any problem areas you may have with your CIEMs. You can also call them direct and voice your concerns with the Repair Department. They still have your ear impressions as a reference. I thought their customer service was pretty good.

Yup. V1 uses the conventional 2-pin Westone cable, whereas v2 is JH's proprietary 4-pin cable with adjustable bass switch.

I just received my 13V2 a while ago and it is exactly the same as the photo. Hahahahaha! Out of the box it sound excellent. Exceed what I am expecting. But for know I let it hooked up in my S7 EDGE>micro iDSD. I like the cord and I didn't know it will come with adjustable bass dials. Can't wait to enjoy it more!

Hope they follow 1964ears/64audio and support their existing clients with an upgrade programme.  Not really looking to fork out another grand to get the v2 over my 13fp.
 
I reckon the situation is different with JH having new BAs in the 13v2 but some kind of a trade-in/upgrade programme will go a long ways to held onto their existing customers.

I believe existing owners get 20% off. I like advancement but I'm quite happy with my V1/twag for my uses. Unless these are better than Angies, I don't feel the need to do anything as I don't think the jh13 is the weakest link in normal a portable chain once it got voiced with the TWAG.

Is the adjustment on the bass rotate all the way thru or it will stop on the max level and minimum level? Because i find the highs to be rolling off because of the bass. Im playing Wiz Khalifa- On my level and there I notice it.

Anyone know how the JH13v2 compares to the Rosie Universals? I'm really interested in the Rosies, but as of right now JH is not offering it in a custom iem -- and I much prefer customs to universals. So if custom JH13v2 iems are nearly identical to the Rosies, I might order a set...

I'm considering getting a used JH 13 pro or FP, will refitting it using inearz change its sound signature much? Why do used CIEM's sell so much lower than their new counterparts if one can easily refit them using a 3rd party refitting company?
