Or is there a set in it's price range of less than $100 that would be better and still be Bluetooth?

I plan on using it with my HTC U11 due to the fact I only can use a 3.5 jack if I plug in the USB adapter that it comes with.

You might look at the Beyer Byron BT. It has excellent sound quality and is well-constructed. It could work for you.
