For that memory leak issue the problem could be one song is messing things up. I would do a selective restore one play list at a time. Check memory usage periodically. I had similar issues on my iPhone and was able to narrow the problem to a few files.

The battery of my ipod nano 7g has been worn off. I think i have to change it, I saw some video on youtube and it seems to be not very complicated. I want to order the battery from aliexpress. Any one had the same experience that can tell me which brand in aliexpress is better?
