For anyone who has these, how is the noise leakage? (unsure of the correct term)

On my 2 open air over the ear headphones, when I lets say watch a show at medium volume, anyone else in the room can hear exactly what's being said at a slightly lower volume.

How are these in that respect? Will listening to things at a medium volume still be audible to others in the room like over the ear open headphones?
Short answer, no.

Long answer, I noticed both the titan 1 and 5 that I own if it's playing and not plugged in in my ears I can hear the song oddly loud from let's say 5m away even though it's only at my normal/safe listening level. It can fill up a room if it's really quiet when it's not plugged in in your ears. As for normal usage, I use the Titan 5 everyday on my daily commute(bus, train, walk) ever since I got them, I guess you can take that as my seal of approval.

Just don't put the open porn volume too loud and you'll be fine, trust me I did the testing, play safe. Lol

I also noticed that when I ride the bus and other transport is very noticeable.

hey, is it safe to try normal mmcx connector on them?
i haven't paid attention (forgot that dunu use different cables) and then tried using my generic mmcx cable (made for westone, compatible with shure and others. eidollic connector) mmcx connector on one of two dunu titan 3 i received.
i connected it till it clicked (secured in place) and then found out that there is no sound during playback.
i immediatelly disconnected and i have seen no visible damage plus old cable as tight as was before (right ear piece is normal or i can call it little bit loose compared to the left and left is tight as hell). works fine.

could i damage something by connecting generic cable?

Even with titan 5, I find it's a bad idea to use them on Train. The isolation is just not there.

I forgot to mention, I wasn't actually using the stock tips I am using the tips that came with the Audio Technica IM02 with all my Titans. I found that the stock tips that came with the DUNU and IM02 don't work very well unless I swap them out. If you can find a thick, rubbery/hard silicon tips that retains its shape the isolation issue will definitely improve. The DUNU stock tips aren't bad by any means but they're soft and will easily fold so noise isolation definitely suffers.

Just got the Titan 1 recently, was very curious about these IEMs. They feel quite premium, package was nice. Listening to them right now (after 72 h burn-in). One thing I noticed first is that they  have very good clarity, are a little bit bright, and the soundstage is very open which is impressive for entry-level IEM.. However, I do not know what to think about the bass. Tried all supplied tips but bass is just lacking. It is tight and sometimes punchy but has very little extension (or does not extends enough for my liking, also sub-bass is nowhere to be found). Probably I am spoiled by SE846 and IE800 and was expecting some kind of "mainstream" big bass from the Titans 1. If the bass is how it is supposed to be and this is not a tip-rolling problem then these IEMs are definitively not for everyone and more oriented to those who appreciate clarity and airy/open sound. These sound pretty good with classical and instrumental music but are pretty bad for EDM and metal (not enough bass/ harsh sounding).
Anyway, this is my first impressions and I´m still convinced that I have yet to find the adequate fit/erar-tips or something and probably that is why there is not enough bass.

I think I just found the perfect tips for the Titan 1

The medium sized silicone tips from Vivo XE800 is a single flange with an elongated bore, which acts to extend the insertion depth (effectively really shallow insertion) but at the same time stays in the ear. They are the best tips I've yet found for them, rivaling foams in terms of smoothing out the high frequency response!

After a rather long session of tip-rolling/testing/combining I achieved a proper seal like in two cases. It is interesting that this is the very first time that I am having serious trouble getting proper fit with an IEM. Normally I prefer Shure olives but I have nothing like that (not even complys) for the Titan 1 and even the largest silicon tips do not seal properly for some reason (same tips put on Sony Xba-3 are perfect). I had to combine two different tips into one more "robust" and that did the trick. Now there is bass (finally) and even sub-bass and I found it to be pretty clear, tight, satisfying and decently extended. The problem is, off course, that compared directly to SE846 and IE800 the bass extension is noticeably less so overall impression is that the sound has less weight/body (however this is not a fair comparison). Now with bass and all that clarity these IEMs have (thanks to proper seal) - they turned out to be better than I expected and remind me of Shure SE425 but with better soundstage.
Actually I got those for a present. Recently my GF killed her IEMs (xiaomi pistons 3) and about the same time my sister did the same to her IEMs. So I bought Mee M6 Pros for my GF and was about to buy another pair for my sister when saw Titan 1 for half the price of M6 Pros (that´s right, not the otherwise) and bought them. After reading good things about Titan 1 my curiosity won over and I opened them to see what is it all about (and I´m glad I did). Originally I planned to give the M6 Pro´s to my GF and Titan 1 to my sister but now I am not remotely sure about that. I have not compared them because M6´s are already sitting in a nice gift box but everything indicates that Titan 1 are much better. However I have a question for anyone who have/had/heard both - did I made the right the choice (I want to give better IEMs to my GF)? Thanks in advance!

I've got both and the Titan 1 is definitely superior on the technical side - tighter, more precise, better controlled, better separation. The M6 Pro is a good in-ear for its price though, but the Titan 1 (that is normally more expensive) is the more advanced model.

Thank you very much!
My sister is like the worst thing that can happen to a decent and innocent IEMs (not even her kids are that..destructive)...she already sent to the grave 4 pairs of IEMs I gave her (all brand new) ...so now I´m going to try one with removable cables. I hope M6 Pros can survive.
On the other hand, my girlfriend is very respectful with headphones/IEMs and she likes a lot of instrumental, classics..almost no EDM.  Clarity is what she cares about the most so I am pretty sure Titan 1 will be good for her.
