I have a pair for sale on head-fi if interested. They really are a fun sounding headphone. Great resolution and they love power.
Nice! Why are you selling, btw?

I've had the opportunity to listen to the Amiron's at a friends place last week I was surprised how good they sound, I enjoyed them so much I had to place my order today, I can't wait to spend more time with these hp's.. enjoy
The Amirons have become my goto beyerdynamic; T1.1 is sitting in its case; actually thinking of selling it.I've had the opportunity to listen to the Amiron's at a friends place last week I was surprised how good they sound, I enjoyed them so much I had to place my order today, I can't wait to spend more time with these hp's.. enjoy

Get the Amirons! You will love them!I almost bought the T1's last year glad I didn't now, every review for the Amiron's I've seen over the past 4 or 5 months have been really good, never owned beyer hp's..

What makes you prefer the Amirons over the T1? My next set of cans is going to be either the Amirons, T1, or dt1990. Thanks!
If you haven't already, check this tread. Very good comparison between these headphones.

Thanks for linking me to that comparison. Seems like the dt1990 would be better for me
You need to buy both the DT1990 and the Amiron...
Both are very good and compliment each other very well.
The laidback signature (with less highs ty very much) suits me more. What makes you prefer the Amirons over the T1? My next set of cans is going to be either the Amirons, T1, or dt1990. Thanks!
I think this will be the split between some people. Me personally I love both, but I also have a ton of gear to be able to bounce around with both.... I think that the Amiron could be the easier pick between the 2 because they seem to hit a sweet spot between everything EQ wise, but man... the T1v2 with the right amp can be so fantastic. The laidback signature (with less highs ty very much) suits me more.
