These headphones seem to have great build quality, with tough plastic, metal hinges, and leather earpads. Comes with 2 braided cables. The sound is much much better than the horribly bassy image ones. The sound on the Status is in line with Klipsh' armature iems- slightly warm, rich, decent soundstage. Highs are slightly recessed and not sparkly. these are also not quite circumaural to big ears. They can be found for about $130 nowadays and are a good headphone at that price.

Sound wise, its quite good and natural but the headset is too big for a small face like mine. Walking around wearing it in public places will bound to attract many onlookers looking at you as if you are an alien from outter space!!

I own these and really want to like them, but the midrange is too recessed for me. Did you find that the case?
