Good sq, great for movies & games. Bass is quite lacking even for someone who can live without it.

Ever tried amplification? AKGs are known to sound 'better' amplified.

I've used my hifiman ef2 & fiio e5 but I think those are underpowered. I find it best used with my surround sound system but again lack of bass. Might be the settings. I pulled the trigger yesterday for an Arrow because of all the great reviews. Might be able to improve it more.
