HiFiman HE-500 (HE as in High End) Proving to be an enjoyable experience in listening.
Just swap the left/right cable ends. That should tell you right away if it's the cable or the driver.- UW Howie

Grado 325is issue: right driver not working out of box
That adapter is a mono female to stereo male. You'll need an adapter that is stereo to stereo. http://www.guitarcenter.com/Live-Wire-TRS-F--Mini-M--Stereo-Adapter-100201017-i1166767.gc- UW Howie

DIY Cable Gallery!!
My first DIY attempt. I recabled my Sony SA-3000. I was starting to have the left driver cut in and out and the little wires that connect the left and right drivers also had a split in the insulation so it was time for a recable. I used Canare Starquad Mini with Neutrik 1/8" plug and ended up...- UW Howie

A618 vs A818
I think the 800 series has a larger screen than the 600 series and comes with different headphones. Other than that, they're probably the same on the inside. Edit: Oh yeah, the 600 series has FM radio where the 800 doesn't.- UW Howie

Lawn-Fi: 1st Time Homeowner needs a Mower
Another vote for the Honda. I like how their mowers have the cutting blade with a clutch. This allows you to empty the catch bag without shutting down the engine every time. Saves me a lot of time and back pain- UW Howie

Preferred Shure/Ety IEM tips?
I prefer the Ety Tri flanges on my ER-4's. Easy in... easy out. I don't have to wait for the foam to expand plus they last longer. On my E2's I use the Ultra soft flex sleeve cause the normal flex sleeves are way too hard imho.- UW Howie
