Beats Solo3 Wireless - Impressions Thread
wow 195ms latency as reported here and in that rtings review. Makes them almost useless for gaming, and movies will require audio syncing. it's a 1/5th of a second.- bob13bob

Vsonic GR06 Review
I've had my gr06 for over a year. I really dislike their absence of bass. My senn's don't have much bass but great spatial sound. But the senn's still have way more bass than my vsonics. is this normal? is there something wrong with them? All of these headphones are superior to my ear...- bob13bob

I did a search, and can't find any relevant information. I need to replace the cable on some IEMs and would like to add a microphone while I'm at it to use with an android phone. I'm thinking the easiest way would to buy something like this...- bob13bob

volume very low after headphone cord repair
So, my old jack wore out. I've looked at youtube and did the below. It works in both ears now, but the volume is very low. Have I replaced with the wrong type of cable?- bob13bob

My Etymotic ER6i's sound distorted..
ok, lost these and moved on to sound magic pl-30. much better head phones imho. cheaper too. these er6i just don't have any bass. I'm no bloated skullcandy bass fan either. the distortion is bad when it does it, not a resolve issue. It sounds like a blown speaker bad.- bob13bob

What is the best software to playback audio content?
the comments about placebo effects in the majority of hte population are intended for the majority of the population, not audiophile head-fi members. with our gear there are differences, just like most prefer to listen to music on "straight" out of the audio receiver with no digital processing...- bob13bob

Etymotic ER-6i or Head-direct RE2 for flying?
Have the ER-6i. Wasn't used to inserting them deeply at first but now i really shove them in. Isolate very well. I use them heavily daily and the cord wore out in six months though.- bob13bob

My Etymotic ER6i's sound distorted..
I think I have similar problem. I have not cleaned or replaced the filters yet. sometimes mine will distort real badly but it's rare. Really strange problem. I don't try to replicate it but I will next time. They distort at moderate volumes (i take out and put back in the ear buds to use...- bob13bob

sos! zune headphone jack in two!
have the same problem. Can not find a replacement part anywhere. Closest thing is buying a broken zune for parts on ebay but seems hardly worth it. you can get a zune travel pack which outputs sound through the bottom interface but it would add considerable mass to your portable zune...- bob13bob
