Any word on the 1.2 to 1.3 upgrade that they said was going to happen?

Any word on when people with the 1.2 and below will be able to upgrade to the 1.3?

Wasn't my intention to start a debate on audio encoding. If the iems are sibilant with high quality mp3's, then they will probably be sibilant with FLAC as well. It will be interesting to see if the sibilance settles down with some burn in, mental or mechanical.

Asg1. I realize I wasnt very clear. Though from what I understand the as2 prototype has even better bass than the asg 1.

I have had the gr07 and now the asg1. The bass is better across the spectrum in quantity and quality. Though I would put the quality close, the quantity is much better. On another note, as one of the first adopters of the asg1 on head-fi I am really excited for the upgrade! Thanks Dale for...

The bass was my only complaint with the GR07. Not the quality but the quantity and impact. If these fill that void with the originals while maintaining the originals excellent signature then I will definitely pick theses up.

Your best bet would be to go through Jokers thread at that price range and use his scale of isolation to determine what would be best.

Kenman, if you could test MGMT "Kids" that would be great. The keyboard in the song is very heavy in the midrange and was one of the shoutier tracks for me with the ASG 1.0.
