Well I got some other for cables my triple fis and I managed to 'stretch' out the sockets.   How do i fix them and how do I know if I pick up something like null-audio's lune cable.   Hindsight is 20/20 so any suggestions? lol

They're the same connectors but they don't always perfectly fit in (though they never come off).

Yeah go through Amazon first if you can because their service is much quicker than UE. UE will replace it straight up but they have to receive the package so you have a few more days turnaround

I haven't noticed any sound problems and I'm much happier with this cable because the regular UE cable's fit was far worse. I don't think right angle jack will cause problems which is nice The twists could ever so slightly better but it's more nitpicking of aesthetics than an issue.

I have the Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10s atm, I might pick  up some HD 555s or the 280s, but I'm aiming for portability as the use case.   Also I'd prefer something that doesn't hiss, it kinda annoys me
