i just lay my senn 495 on my desk... i wish they would fold up all compact like the sony mdr v6 and v700's

umm im still new to this headphone stuff... the only headphones i have owned are.... some cheap labtec headset some panasonic cheapies that came with my pcdp sony mdr 7502 sony groove mdr ed268 sennheiser hd 495 (just acquired) i like the sennheisers... i have nothing better to...

well im on a campus OC-12 connection so downloading is no problem... but some of my songs that i really like are not available anywhere and i lost the cds that i ripped em off of

i dont really want to shell out $100+ for really high end audiophile sound card (i mean i do have just a 495 not an orpheous or anything)... EAX would be cool... so yeah i think i will check out the santa cruz, or acoustic edge.. how much is the audiophile 2??? do u guys reccomend me to get a...

i just bought my sennheiser hd495 primarily for use with my computer... now right now i am using the onboard audio card but i want to upgrade.... any suggestions... one thing that i wonder about is that it is reccomended for my headphones to have an amplifier.... are there any pc sound cards...

i still think they look cool

i have a crapload of 128-190k mp3s and almost none at higher rate than that..... i know that alot of you may wonder how i can stand it, but i have only recently owned decent headphones.... 128k mp3 sounded exactly like my cds with my old sony 7502 headphones.... i just got my sennheiser hd 495...

hmmm... i never read the trilogy... i only read the hobbit as a high school student and was fairly unsatisfied with it.... i watched LOTR, and was totally blown away... i bought a boxed set of the trilogy the next day and i am about to finish LOTR now... but for me, watching the movie...

i dunno for sure, since i have never tried either... but i believe they are about the same in sound quality.... so i guess get whatever u like better and is cheaper

arnt they totally different? like the 495 is super aural and the v6 is circamural... and then the 495 is open while the v6 is closed... so i guess the question to ask is do u want superaural/circamural and open or closed?

do u know if the livedrive has a built in amplifier?
