Almost a year since this thread was started. Are there really no one who's had the opportunity to listen to this amp?   A search on "Little Dot X1" on this site, does not seem to give much...

The exception is the T90.   I've listened to it at a couple of occasions, with different amps, but I can't get use to it's signatur. I keep thinking that it must be an experiment, trying to see how far to the bright side consumers are willing to go.

Yep, they seem to have a tendency to acummulate in my cupboard :-)   It probably has something to do with the fact, that I've never been disappointed (with one exception) with the beyerdynamic sound.

So, finally they arrived here today :-)   Guess I will give them about 1000 hours seconds of burn in, before I can't resist anymore...

It's now in thomann's catalogue. Delivery time 1-2 weeks. Maybe it would be overkill to buy both this, and the T1 v2? On the other hand, can you get to many beyers?

4 to 6 weeks? That's the beginning of october!   Maybe I should try to convince myself, that they sound so awful, that postponed delivery is actually to my advantage

Thanks guys, for clearing that up.   In addition to other cable experiments, I'm considering making a Sommer Peacock cable for the version 2, just for the sake of comparison.

As I understand it, it's not at standard mini jack connector, but a Beyer proprietary mini jack connector. Or will a standard mini jack connector fit in the headphone?

I actually like the metal case, that came with version 1. It 's elegant and not like the usual carbon boxes, or the wooden ones. (And definitely not like the "organ transport" my Audeze came in).   But I recognize the new case seems more suited for tranportation. .
